一、 培养目标
I. Cultivation Objectives
培养适应经济建设需要,德、智、体、美全面发展;基础厚、知识面广、能力强、素质高、富有创新精神,培养具有化学、化工、高分子、电子电气、计算机等学科基础理论知识和开发研究以及应用的基本能力,能在政府部门、规划部门、经济管理部门、环保部门、设计单位、工矿企业、科研单位和学校等单位从事资源循环利用方面的规划、设计、管理、教育和研究开发工作的高级技术人才。
尤其是精细品化学加工和仪器分析等相关领域中从事工业生产、工艺设计、产品开发、技术服务、技术管理、教学科研、贸易、商品检验等方面工作的应用型高级专门技术人才。
Our goal is to cultivate senior technical talents, who are to meet the need of national economic construction and have all-round development of moral, intelligence, physical health and arts. The undergraduates have good theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of of chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer, electronic and electrical, computer, etc, and are also rich in innovation spirit with thick knowledge foundation, wide knowledge, well study ability and quality. Furthermore, they can work in a government department, planning department, economic management department, the environmental protection department, the industrial mining enterprises, scientific research institutes and other units, being occupied in programming, designing, management, education, as well as the research and development work. Students have the specialty in a certain direction in this field, and work in fine chemical engineering products and, instrumental analysis companies or research institutions engaging in chemical technology research, development and , production management, business trade etc.

II.Programme Outcomes
本专业培养具备仪器分析、精细化学品、高分子材料等的基础知识,掌握化学化工领域的理论知识和实验技能,具备从事仪器分析、精细化学品利用开发研究及应用的工程实践能力,毕业生应掌握的知识和应具备的能力包括以下几个方面:
(1)掌握化学化工、材料的基础理论和基本知识。
(2)掌握仪器分析、精细化学品的基本概念、基本原理、基本方法。
(3)能够针对仪器分析、精细化学品工程相关复杂工程问题,设计满足特定需求的工艺方案或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。
(4)能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对仪器分析、精细化学品工程相关复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。
(5)理解并掌握工程管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。
This program is is to educate talents who are equipped with fine chemical engineering products and, Instrument alanalysis , and polymer materials, and master the theories and experimental skills in chemistry and engineering, and thus enable them to have the qualifications needed for the research of the utilization, development, and application of fine chemical engineering products and instrument alanalysis. The knowledge the graduates are supposed to master and the capability they should have are as follows:
1. The basic theories and knowledge in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering and material science;
2. The basic concepts, principles, and methods of the fine chemical engineering products and, Instrument alanalysis.
3. Design/development solutions: ability to design the unique process scheme or technological processes to satisfy the specific requirements aimed at the complex engineering problems of ine chemical engineering products and, Instrumental analysis, and reflect the innovative consciousness in the design process, considering social, health, safety, legal, cultural, and environmental factors.
4. Research: ability to study the complex engineering problems of ine chemical engineering products and, Instrumental analysis based on scientific principle and scientific method, including experimental design, data analysis and interpretation, and the reasonable and effective conclusions through information integration.
5.Project management: ability to understand and master principles of engineering management and economic decision methods, and apply them in a multidisciplinary environment.

2、 核心课程:无机化学、有机化学、物理化学、分析化学、化工原理、 仪器分析、色谱分析、波普分析、高分子化学、精细化工工艺学、有机合成等
Core Cours:Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Principles of Chemical Engineering Experiment, Instrumental Analysis,Chromatographic Analysis, Spectrum Analysis, Polymer Chemistry, Fine Chemicals Technology,organic synthesis.
