湖北咸宁人,博士、教授、化工学院副院长,美国匹兹堡大学和复旦大学访问学者。本硕博毕业于武汉理工大学,入选武汉纺织大学阳光学者青年拔尖人才。主持国家自然科学基金(面上、青年、国际合作与交流项目)、湖北省自然科学基金、湖北省教育厅重点项目和企业合作项目等10项,发表SCI收录论文30余篇。荣获湖北省化学化工青年创新奖、湖北省自然科学奖三等奖(排2)、湖北省青年教师教学竞赛三等奖、湖北省高校教师教学创新大赛正高组三等奖。指导大学生获湖北省“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖。现任湖北省化学化工学会青年委员会委员和物理化学专业委员会委员。
研究领域:能源和环境催化材料、超疏水表面、功能纺织品。
