一、培养目标

I. Cultivation Objectives

资源循环科学与工程专业以资源材料循环利用的基本理论与工艺为主要专业方向,培养具备循环经济理念,具有化学、化工、材料、电子电气、计算机等学科基础理论知识,掌握化学与化工过程的基本原理、专业生产基本方法及设备等专门知识,具备资源循环科学与工程专业技术、生产管理、质量控制、计算机应用、研究开发及英语交流能力,在系统掌握各类基础知识及专业实践技能的基础上,可以熟练运用现代先进技术在与化学、化工,尤其是资源材料循环利用相关领域中从事工业生产、工艺设计、产品开发、技术服务、技术管理、教学科研、贸易、商品检验等方面工作的应用型高级专门技术人才。

本专业毕业生在毕业后5年左右能够达到的职业和专业目标:

目标1:能将化学、化工、材料、电子电气、计算机等学科基础理论知识综合应用于资源循环科学与工程专业技术及管理,解决企业生产复杂工程问题;

目标2:综合资源材料循环利用基本原理、专业生产基本方法及设备等专门知识,针对企业生产对象进行各类技术升级改造及新产品开发,具备创新和开拓市场能力;

目标3:熟悉和掌握资源材料循环利用相关企业生产及运行规律,具有生产管理、企业管理、质量控制能力;

目标4:掌握行业发展动态,能了解和运用现代先进技术手段在与化学、化工,尤其是资源材料循环利用相关领域中进行工业生产、工艺设计、产品开发、技术服务、技术管理、教学科研、贸易、商品检验等;

目标5:具备足够的团队精神和组织能力,定位清晰;具有一定的国际视野,能与国内外同行进行沟通和交流;具有向上的意识及终身学习的精神,遵守职业道德,充满社会责任感,不断提高自身素质和专业素养,增强自身能力及社会竞争力。

Resource Recycling Science and Engineering possess the basic theoretical knowledge of chemistry, chemical engineering, material, electronic and electrical, computer, etc. and master the concept of circular economy, basic principles, professional production methods and equipment of resource recycling. Meanwhile, they have the professional skills in resource recycling engineering as well as the ability of production management, quality control, computer application, research & development and English communication to adapt to the integration development trend between resource recycling discipline and other disciplines such as materials, information,mechanical, environment, management, art, trade marketing etc. Innovative consciousness, practical ability and international vision prompt them to fully grasp the knowledge and skills in the field of resource recycling, have the specialty in a certain direction in this field, and work in resource recycling companies or research institutions engaging in technology research, development and process design, production management, business trade etc.

The attainable career and professional objectives the undergraduates majored in can achieve in about 5 years after graduation:

1.Being capable to apply the basic theoretical knowledge of chemistry, chemical engineering, material, electron and electrical engineering, computer etc. to the technology and management ofresource recyclingand solve the complex engineering problems of enterprise production.

2.Integrating the fundamental principles, professional production methods and equipment inresource recyclingengineering for all kinds of technological upgrading and transformation and new product development, and possessing innovation and market development ability.

3.Being familiar with and mastering the production and operation rules in relevant enterprises ofresource recyclingengineering, and having the ability of production technology, enterprise management and quality control.

4.Mastering the trend of industrial development and having the ability to understand and adopt the modern advanced technology in chemistry and chemical engineering, especially in the related field of resource recycling processing to industrial production, process design, product development, technical services, technical management, teaching and scientific research, trade, and commodity inspection, etc.

5.Possessing enough team spirit and organization ability with clear positioning; possessing sufficient international vision to communicate with domestic and foreign counterparts; possessing an upward consciousness and the spirit of lifelong learning to abide by professional ethics, be full of social responsibility, constantly improve own quality and professional quality, and enhance own ability and social competitiveness.

二、毕业要求

II. Programme Outcomes

资源循环科学与工程专业毕业生经过本科四年的学习,应掌握资源循环科学与工程领域的基本原理、专业生产基本方法、工艺及应用、设备运行等专门知识,具有生产管理、质量控制、计算机应用、研究开发及英语交流能力,和一定的创新意识和创新能力。学生毕业时应达到以下十二个方面的毕业要求:

1、工程知识:能够将数学、自然科学、工程基础和化学、化工等专业知识用于解决资源材料循环利用过程的产品设计、加工、检验等领域复杂工程问题。

1.1熟练掌握数学等自然科学知识以及工程基础和专业知识,将之关联于复杂工程问题中;

1.2结合各学科基础知识理论、专业知识以及实践技能发现和解决资源材料循环利用过程中出现的较为复杂的工程问题。

2、问题分析:能够应用数学、自然科学、工程科学和化学化工的基本原理,分析并结合文献研究结果,对资源材料循环利用领域复杂工程问题进行识别、表达、分析和论证,以获得有效结论。

2.1能针对资源材料循环利用领域常出现或可能会出现的热点、重点和难点问题,能从不同的基础理论相关知识如数学、物理、化学、电子电气等角度进行推理分析;

2.2能在掌握基本原理的基础上结合相关文献研究对资源材料循环利用领域复杂工程问题产生的根本原因,进行识别、表达、分析和论证,获得有效结论。

3、设计/开发解决方案:能够针对资源材料循环利用相关复杂工程问题,设计满足特定需求的工艺方案或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。

3.1能够在专业课程学习的基础上,了解和掌握资源材料循环利用的工艺过程、工艺思路、工艺原理等;

3.2能够结合化学基础知识及测试手段,对材料循环进行设计与开发,设计满足特定需求的工艺方案或工艺流程,掌握产品检验测试、数据分析等基本技能;

3.3能够在设计开发中综合社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素,设计能满足社会可持续发展的绿色资源材料循环工艺。

4、研究:能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法,对资源材料循环利用相关复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。

4.1通过基础理论及专业知识的学习,参与专业实践以及课外科技活动,建立科研意识、具备团队精神,初步能针对较为复杂的专业生产实际,探讨合理的解决方案;

4.2能够运用基础理论和专业知识,实验探讨和摸索新工艺规律,分析和解决研究过程中出现的问题,勇于尝试,具备科学研究的基本能力。

5、使用现代工具:能够针对资源材料循环利用过程中选择、使用和掌握恰当的工程技术、资源、方法和工具,并运用现代工程工具和信息技术工具对资源材料循环利用中复杂工程问题进行分析、预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。

5.1能够适应时代发展,掌握各种现代工具的使用方法及其在资源材料循环利用中的应用;

5.2利用和尝试现代化工具和信息技术工具等在资源材料循环利用中的应用,减少人力、物力及能源的消耗,具备足够的创新意识和开拓能力。

6、工程与社会:在了解与资源循环科学与工程学科相关的技术标准、知识产权、产业政策和法律法规的基础上,能基于相关专业背景和知识进行合理分析,正确评价复杂工程问题解决方案的应用对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。

6.1能够运用资源循环科学与工程专业知识分析和评价专业工程实践和复杂工程问题解决方案的应用对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响;

6.2了解专业现状与发展态势,理解应承担的责任。

7、环境和可持续发展:在国家环境可持续发展战略及相关政策、法律和法规的基础上,正确认识资源材料循环利用领域的工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。

7.1了解掌握国家有关再生资源行业可持续发展的方针、政策、法规,熟悉和探讨有关资源材料循环利用与环境可持续发展有关的新技术和新方法;

7.2能运用专业知识及实践技能进行分析、评价和解决资源材料利用与加工中涉及环境和可持续发展相关问题,正确认识资源材料循环利用的工程实践对环境及社会可持续发展的影响。

8、职业规范:树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,具有良好的心理素质、人文社会科学素养和社会责任感,能够在资源材料循环利用的实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。

8.1具备科学的世界观、人生观和价值观,具有良好的职业道德、人文社会科学素养和社会责任感;

8.2具有运用专业知识,遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。

9、个人和团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。

9.1具有团队合作意识,合理定位,能够在团队合作中充分发挥应有的作用;

9.2具有较强的组织能力、足够的沟通和团队合作精神。

10、沟通:能够就资源材料循环利用的复杂工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

10.1理解专业沟通的必要性,能通过文字或其它方式就专业复杂工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流并获取相关信息;

10.2掌握一定的专业外语听说读写能力,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

11、项目管理:理解并掌握工程管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。

11.1熟悉工程管理基本流程,能熟练应用相关经济决策方法,具有独立项目管理能力;

11.2熟悉再生资源行业政策、法规,结合多学科应用促进工程项目及行业的持续稳定发展。

12、终身学习:具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。

12.1正确认识自主学习和终身学习的必要性,养成良好的学习习惯;

12.2根据自身发展及适应社会发展,不断加强专业知识及各学科知识的积累,为行业发展和社会进步尽力所能及的力量。

After four years study, the undergraduates majored in Resource Recycling Science and Engineering (RRSE) should master the professional knowledge, such as the basic principle of recycling processingof resources and materials, professional production methods, development and application, equipment operation etc., and possess the abilities of production management, quality control, computer application, research and development, English communication, and certain innovation consciousness and innovation ability. Upon graduation, students should achieve the following twelve graduation requirements:

1.Engineering knowledge:ability to apply professional knowledge of mathematics, natural science, engineering foundation, chemistry and chemical engineering to solve the complex engineering problems ofresourcesrecyclingproduct design, processing, inspection etc in the field ofResource Recycling Science and Engineering.

2. Problem analysis:ability to apply the basic principle of mathematics, natural science, engineering science and technology, combined with literature research results, to identify, express, analyze and demonstrate the complex engineering problems in the field ofResource Recycling Science and Engineeringand obtain valid conclusions.

3. Design/development solutions:ability to design the unique process scheme or technological processes to satisfy the specific requirements aimed at the complex engineering problems of chemical andresourcesrecyclingproducts, and reflect the innovative consciousness in the design process, considering social, health, safety, legal, cultural, and environmental factors.

4.Research:ability to study the complex engineering problems ofresourcesrecyclingbased on scientific principle and scientific method, including experimental design, data analysis and interpretation, and the reasonable and effective conclusions through information integration.

5.Using modern tools:ability to select, use and master appropriate engineering techniques, resources, methods and tools in chemical process, specific to the design ofresource recyclingproducts, analyze, forecast and simulate the complex engineering problems ofresourcesrecyclingusing modern engineering tools and information technology, and understand its limitations.

6. Engineering and society:on the basis of understanding the technical standard, intellectual property, industrial policy, laws and regulations related toresource recycling engineering,ability to make a reasonable analysis based on the relevant professional background and knowledge, correctly evaluate the effect of the application of complex engineering problem solutions on social, health, safety, legal and cultural, and understand the responsibilities.

7. Environment and sustainable development:on the basis of the national strategy for sustainable environmental development and related policy, laws and regulations, ability to correctly understand the effect of the engineering practice of complex engineering problems in the field ofResource Recycling Science and Engineeringon the environment and social sustainable development.

8. Professional norm:establishing a correct Weltanschauung, philosophy and values, possessing a good psychological quality, humanistic and social science literacy and social responsibility, and being able to understand and comply with engineering professional ethics and norms and fulfill responsibilities inresource recycling engineeringpractice.

9. Individuals and teams:ability to take on the role of individual, team member and leader in a multidisciplinary team.

10. Communication:ability to communicate effectively with industry colleagues and the public on the complex engineering problems ofResource Recycling Science and Engineering, including writing reports and designing documents, speaking statements, clearly articulating or responding to instructions. With a certain international vision, ability to communicate in a cross-cultural context.

11. Project management:ability to understand and master principles of engineering management and economic decision methods, and apply them in a multidisciplinary environment.

总学分达到189分(各平台学分满足最低要求)且第二课堂成绩单合格,可准予毕业。
